BREAK IN A SMART WAY – HAMMER SB SERIES

BREAK IN A SMART WAY – HAMMER SB SERIES
series SB-min

HYDRAULIC MONOBLOC BREAKER WITHOUT MEMBRANE AND SIDE BOLTS

The full range SB series takes advantage from the special “monobloc” construction, this feature confers to the structure an high leverage resistance during the work cycle. In order to reach an higher production level and less maintenance, the breaker is build in a single piece and it has no side bolts.

Thinner and lighter
Compared to conventional hydraulic breakers of the same size, the SB series claims a thinner and more compact design, which allows the operator to work in excellent views conditions (both near the walls and in confined spaces).
In order to use a smaller excavator for the same type of work, HAMMER’s SB breakers are lighter than the conventional breakers. In this way also the fuel consumption is reduced.
Furthermore, in order to reduce maintenance level and improve reliability, HAMMER’s SB breakers are build in fewer parts than conventional breakers.

A “solid” choice
The SB hydraulic breakers are a reliable choice for the demolition of concrete structures and asphalt pavements, both external and internal. They are suitable for several type of work.

Mining & quarrying:
Preliminary works
Secondary breaking

Demolition & renovation
Masonry structures
Concrete structures (soft & standard concrete)
Composite steel & concrete structures
Pavements

Construction

One more option for customers (upon request)
HAMMER’s SB hydraulic breakers can be equipped, upon request, of an integrated anti-dust kit (from SB300 to SB500).
Thanks to this feature, the breaker won’t be damaged from the dust and also maintenance costs will be reduced.

The range
